Welcome to ClearVUE Home Inspections. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, services, and communications. By accessing our website or booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Provided

ClearVUE Home Inspections offers comprehensive residential property inspections throughout North Carolina and South Carolina. Our services include but are not limited to:

Pre-purchase inspections

Pre-listing inspections

New construction inspections

Annual maintenance inspections

Radon testing (where applicable)

Termite and moisture inspections (where applicable)

2. Inspection Scope and Limitations

Our inspections are non-invasive and based on visible and accessible components of the property.

We do not dismantle systems or move furniture, appliances, or stored items.

We do not offer warranties or guarantees beyond the date of inspection.

Our reports are opinions based on the conditions at the time of inspection.

3. Client Responsibilities

You must ensure that the property is accessible at the scheduled time.

You are responsible for reading the inspection report in its entirety.

Questions and concerns must be raised within 7 days of receiving the report.

You agree not to misuse the report for legal or promotional purposes without ClearVUE’s written consent.

4. Payment and Cancellation Policy

Full payment is due upon completion of the inspection, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Accepted forms of payment: credit/debit cards, checks, and online payments via our booking platform.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the quoted price.

No-shows may be charged the full inspection fee.

5. Use of Website

Not engage in unlawful, harmful, or disruptive behavior

Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

Use any information from the website for personal, non-commercial purposes only

Accept cookies and tracking for performance and analytics as outlined in our Privacy Policy

All content on our website and in our reports—including text, graphics, logos, and photos—is the intellectual property of ClearVUE Home Inspections.

You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce our content without written consent.

7. Liability Disclaimer

Our liability is limited to the cost of the inspection.

We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from reliance on our report.

The inspection is not a substitute for professional services such as engineering, plumbing, electrical, or HVAC assessments.

8. Modifications

ClearVUE Home Inspections reserves the right to update or revise these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services or site after updates constitutes your acceptance.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the states of North Carolina and South Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts within these jurisdictions.
